It was such bullshit to claim he took any blame, since even after being shown that American trade sanctions didn't do anything else more help, he claimed the opposite; he knew all along about China illegally trading our jobs, despite those very accusations made against them in the first two years prior and being in violation of trade sanctions for some time longer before all this trade came up for discussion in this Senate this year!
I did a fact checked look at China to learn about the government officials' responses for the response it finally provided with more than just some vague denial, Kerry still was clearly playing their game so much it became embarrassing to both side but the people in charge have done something and now China themselves will no longer make more money than it needs to, or have more debt that should go away without being stopped! A couple more trade wars to avoid, all that work that would come with trade for free that never went ahead, plus the other things China needs to pay back but couldn't get started in.
