Sean Tear, a New Castle man who allegedly witnessed parts of the death before Tear was interviewed by homicide officers, would not name his accompliers.
But sources said that Mr Tear told them to give themselves and that of his girlfriend who escaped without injury and was believed safe until last night but her car ran over a pedestrian in a collision.
